Have fun moving your body with prenatal exercise alongside other local expecting parents in a welcoming, supportive space.
Led by Yoga Instructor DeAnna Houston, this FREE prenatal yoga class will guide you through mindful movement to prepare your body, support your pelvic floor, and connect with other expecting parents.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in. Bring your own mat (if you don’t own a yoga mat, one can be provided).
You will also learn about Family Connects Frederick County, a free service available to all Frederick County residents with a newborn which provides an at-home nurse visit when baby is about 3 weeks old.
Completely free, regardless of insurance coverage, this vital service is designed to support birth parents, newborns, and immediate family members with personalized and accessible health and community resources.
