Pregnant and want to feel strong, confident, and supported?
Join us for a FREE prenatal full-body exercise class. Led by certified FIT4MOM instructors specializing in prenatal fitness, this tailored FIT4BABY workout will help support your unique energy, stamina, and physical needs at any stage of pregnancy. This class is more than a workout, it’s a complete prenatal wellness experience that combines movement and connection in one supportive space.
This free event is made possible by Frederick Health and Family Connects Frederick County. Anyone currently pregnant and living in Frederick County is welcome to attend.
During this class, you will also learn about Family Connects Frederick County, which provides a free at-home nurse visit around the 3-week postpartum period.
This service is completely free and health insurance is not needed. It’s available to anyone who lives in Frederick County and has a newborn, and was created to help birth parents, newborns, and their families get the support and resources they need.
