Frederick Health Welcomes Dr. Cheryl Cioffi, New President & CEO

Today we are excited to welcome Dr. Cheryl Cioffi as she officially begins her new role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Frederick Health.

For nearly three decades, Dr. Cioffi has risen through the ranks to various leadership positions including Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and most recently, Chief Administrative Officer of the system. Her healthcare journey began in direct patient care, bringing a unique depth of perspective to her executive leadership.

As President and CEO, Dr. Cioffi will advance excellence in patient care, strengthen community partnerships and ensure financial sustainability while promoting innovation and growth in support of Frederick Health’s mission to positively impact the well-being of every individual in our community.
