Our experienced and compassionate health care professionals work very closely with each patient, family, and/or caregiver and physician to create a plan of treatment designed to support their recovery and obtain an optimal level of function in the home.

Medicare Guidelines for Home Health Care
Medicare will pay for health care services provided in a patient’s residence only if all of these conditions are met:
- Patient is eligible for Medicare benefits
- Patient needs intermittent skilled nursing or physical therapy or occupational or speech therapy
- Patient must meet homebound criteria (see FAQ)
Frederick Health Home Care accepts Medicare (100% coverage by Part A Benefit), Medicaid, and most other insurances.
