Making an Impact.
Our mission is to positively impact the well-being of every individual in our community. With nearly 4,000 dedicated team members, we achieve this through various programs, community services, education, and financial assistance.
This report highlights our positive health impacts from July 2023 to June 2024. As an independent, not-for-profit healthcare system, we respond to community needs and improve access to quality healthcare for everyone. From free in-home visits for newborns to assistance for seniors, we provide resources that foster healthy behaviors and personal wellness.
Our FY24 efforts exemplify a deep commitment to enhancing community through accessible, equitable, and compassionate care. From expanding primary care to supporting newborn families, advancing early detection programs, and engaging in meaningful community dialog , our goal is to continue to drive positive health outcomes and reinforce our role as the trusted health partner Frederick County deserves.
