Join us for a prenatal exercise class to move your body, and learn about how you can sign up for a free postpartum at-home nurse visit with Family Connects Frederick County!

- Meet our Frederick Health nurse and have your newborn questions answered
- Learn tools for childbirth and postpartum recovery
Each participant will receive a free gift. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in. Bring your own mat (if you don't own a yoga mat, one can be provided).
